Tracy has an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy while focusing on the client’s needs with compassion, empathy, and kindness. Walking with her clients throughout their healing journey, meeting each client where they are at in their journey while building a respectful and supportive space for each client to express themselves, their emotions and their desires are fundamental aspects of Tracy’s therapeutic approach. Incorporating Mindfulness, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and music in the therapeutic process help foster healing and gain insight into each client’s journey.
As a Registered Counselling Therapist Candidate, Tracy has a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, a Master of Music from New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, and a Bachelor of Music from Acadia University. After years of teaching, volunteering, experiencing different cultures, living abroad, and working with diverse groups of people, it’s a delight to help clients realize their dreams and goals in a therapeutic setting.

Drew is a compassionate, non-judgemental counsellor who works together with clients to find the right approach to move forward. He is a Registered Counselling Therapist Candidate in Bedford Nova Scotia. He has a Bachelor of Arts from St. Thomas University, a Bachelor of Education from the University of New Brunswick, a Masters in Curriculum Studies from Mount St. Vincent University, and a Masters in Counselling from Acadia University. With over 15 years in the public school system, Drew is greatly familiar with working with families and adolescents on how to cope with anxiety, stress, bullying, grief and loss, emotional regulation, and trauma.
Drew’s work is grounded in strength-based, solution-focused practices. Collaboratively, he can work with clients towards achieving their goals in and outside of counselling. Amanda Rice

Amanda has a warm, non-judgemental approach to therapy. Her aim is to work collaboratively with her clients as they overcome their struggles while ensuring they are safe, heard, respected and valued. Amanda brings a wealth of experience working with children with trauma, ADHD and ASD to her practice. She also has years of experience working with a variety of demographics within Nova Scotia. Amanda celebrates neurodiversity, but focuses on who you are as a person, not your diagnosis.

Hannah Bennett RCT-C
Hannah’s practice is rooted in a trauma-informed approach, primarily centered around Compassion Focused Therapy. She also integrates principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the polyvagal theory, with a strong emphasis on self-compassion.

Oshia works with individuals with physical and/or cognitive disabilities; many long-term or permanent, those who need help developing living skills, those who had experienced a motor vehicle accident and/or those experiencing chronic pain. Oshia MacKay received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Mount Saint Vincent University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Family Studies, graduating with distinction in 2020. Closely following, she began her master’s program at Yorkville University, achieving her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) in late 2022, graduating top of her class. Dan is a compassionate counsellor dedicated to fostering a safe and welcoming environment for clients to explore their feelings in helping to promote personal growth.
